Allergen Notice

We currently bake all of our products inside the same home kitchen and they may also contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, peanuts, sesame seeds and tree nuts; Please speak to us if you have any specific requests/requirements.

SHOKUPAN 食パン

An 'everyday' white loaf of bread, also known as JAPANESE MILK BREAD. Perfect for sandwiches (SANDO サンド) and makes amazing toast!

The base bread for our SHIOPAN 塩パン (salt-butter bread) and all of our SHOKUPAN variations.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Gluten), Milk, Eggs, Butter (Milk), Water, Yeast, Sugar, Salt

KASHIPAN 菓子パン

A light and sweet bread, broadly known as KASHIPAN, that when topped with cookie dough becomes MELONPAN メロンパン, and filled with Red Bean Paste becomes ANPAN あんパン. Also used in many other well-known Japanese baked goods.

MISCELLANEOUS BREADS

As well as our 'standard' products we also have breads on the way such as Honey Toast, Anshokupan and others. These use the same Shokupan base mixed with other ingreadients.
