SHOKUPAN 食パン
An 'everyday' white loaf of bread, also known as JAPANESE MILK BREAD. Perfect for sandwiches (SANDO サンド) and makes amazing toast!
The base bread for our SHIOPAN 塩パン (salt-butter bread) and all of our SHOKUPAN variations.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Gluten), Milk, Eggs, Butter (Milk), Water, Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Honey


SHIOPAN 塩パン
A thin Shokupan dough, wrapped and rolled tightly around a salted butter filling. Crispy on the outside and chewy in middle!
